Crayola® Imagine Arts Academy™

With a legacy spanning over 40 years, 2Inspire has been at the forefront of childhood education, nurturing curiosity and inspiring young minds to explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) careers.




Challenge:

While 2Inspire’s Mad Science division thrived as a well-known leader in STEM-focused enrichment, their arts-based initiative, Imagine Arts Academy, struggled to gain similar momentum. Underdeveloped and missing growth opportunities, Imagine Arts Academy required a creative refresh to reach its full potential. The team at 2Inspire sought a strategic partner to revitalize the brand and uncover new paths for franchise success.


Solution:

We partnered with 2Inspire to address three urgent priorities:

  1. Designing a scalable new monetization strategy for Imagine Arts Academy franchisees.

  2. Equipping franchisees with impactful marketing tools, including professionally designed print advertisements.

  3. Revamping the Imagine Arts Academy branding guide for a fresh, cohesive look and preparing marketing materials for their annual meeting.

Results:

Our team delivered a game-changing solution: a full-day school event package tailored for up to 500 students, creating a lucrative new revenue stream for franchisees. From ideation to implementation, we provided step-by-step instructions and resources for easy adoption across franchises. This initiative not only strengthened the Imagine Arts Academy brand but empowered franchisees to unlock new business opportunities and grow their impact in communities.

For the annual meeting, we delivered an extensive range of marketing materials tailored to serve Imagine Arts Academy’s diverse audiences. This included merchandise items for gifting and sales, digital assets like web banners and social media posts, and physical assets such as banners, posters, and room designs with custom decor. Recognizing the B2B2C nature of their business, we created materials with three distinct audiences in mind: potential franchisees, parents investing in the services, and the children engaging with the programs. Each piece was designed to seamlessly align with the refreshed branding, ensuring maximum impact and appeal across all touchpoints.
