Pawsome Concierge is a VIP pet service based in Montreal. They provide pet sitting, dog walking and pet first aid services with a luxury touch. With their patented training and matching service, they ensure every Pawsome Concierge is perfectly matched to the pet, guaranteeing the utmost care to each dog, cat and other creatures.

Pawsome requested our support and marketing consulting services to assist them in their startup journey.
WHAT WE DID
We started with a brand audit to understand how they wanted to launch their brand and to what markets. We’ve created two rebranding guides, one of which was used as the basis of their site overhaul, and reworked their SEO, marketing strategy decks, and VC fund decks for clarity and visual appeal.
We’ve offered marketing consultation and guidance to help the team prepare for their launch.
Our Chief Barking Officer also volunteered as their photoshoot model for social media content.
